The customer remains liable, within the limits provided by applicable law, for any damages directly caused by unlawful or fraudulent use of the Services or by an intentional breach of these Terms.
This provision does not impose any obligations of indemnification, defense, or compensation on the consumer beyond those provided by applicable law.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Service is held to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, it shall not be applicable to the extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions of Service; such decision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other remaining provisions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law, without prejudice to the provisions of mandatory rules applicable for the protection of consumers. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the choice of Bulgarian law does not deprive you of the mandatory protections granted by the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence, where applicable. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law. In particular, the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the competent courts of their place of residence remains unaffected in cases provided for by law.
