General Conditions of Sale (GCS) for purchases made online on the website www.stileifs.com

Prime RD ltd , Str. 23 Zlatyu Boyadzhiev , 4000 Plovdiv , email: info @ stileifs.com (" Style Ifs ") invites users to read these General Conditions of Sale ("GCS") which regulate the purchase of products and the management of orders placed on the site.

The offers on our website www. stileifs.com they are aimed exclusively at consumers who conclude the purchase for a purpose that cannot be attributed to a commercial or professional activity.

Both “Products Ifs Style ”and“ Partner Products of Ifs style ".

"Product / s Ifs style ”means all the products offered on www.stileifs.com , excluding those specified as Partner Products of Ifs style .

"Partner Products of Ifs style ”indicates the products offered on www.stileifs.com specifically referred to as a Partner's products. All partners of Ifs style are Business Traders.

1. Conclusion of the contract and delivery of the products
1.1 By placing an order, you declare that you are acting solely for private purposes.
1.2 Any order placed on www. stileifs.com implies the conclusion of a sales contract in Italian. When the order relates to a Product Ifs style , only one contract is concluded between the buyer and Prime RD ltd , Str. 23 Zlatyu Boyadzhiev , 4000 Plovdiv , (“ Ifs Style ”). When the order relates to a Partner Product of Ifs style , a further contract is concluded with the respective Partner of Ifs style . The quality of Partner of Ifs style it is specifically indicated on the detail page of each individual product.
1.3 By clicking on the purchase button, the customer places a binding order for the items contained in the virtual shopping cart. Once the order has been placed, Ifs style will send the customer an e-mail confirming the order within 3 hours. The sales contract is understood to be concluded between Ifs style and the customer when the latter receives the order confirmation. If the customer does not receive any confirmation of the order within the term indicated in this art. 1.2., The relative order must be considered rejected by Ifs style and, therefore, devoid of effects. Orders will be shipped as soon as Ifs style will receive the total payment of the purchase price and any shipping costs. Ifs style therefore invites the customer to pay the price as soon as the order is confirmed and in any case within the following 7 days.
1.4 Stile Ifs assumes no responsibility for having to search and find unavailable products from other sources. This provision also applies to orders relating to fungible goods (for which only the type and characteristics of the products are described). Ifs style is only obliged to deliver what is available in stock and what has been ordered to its suppliers. The warehouse of Ifs style also includes the warehouses of the respective Partners of Ifs style from which the products ordered by the customer come from. Ifs style makes deliveries throughout the European Union (Consult the information on shipments to access the list of countries covered by our shipments). If the delivery time is expressed in working days, it is understood as such all those included between Monday and Friday included, with the express exclusion of any holidays.
1.5 We reserve the right not to accept or cancel an order, where it has been sent using a software, robot, crawler, spider or any automated system or through script-based behavior and any use of third party services, in order to send an order on behalf of the user.

2. Prices, shipping costs and express delivery
2.1 The customer is required to pay the price published on the product page at the time the order is sent. The indicated price is final and inclusive of VAT.
2.2 Shipping costs are indicated on the product detail page and in the cart when placing the order. These shipping costs are billed by Ifs style . In the event that the Customer returns the products in accordance with the procedure provided (read the information on refunds) and the applicable nomrative, the shipping costs will be reimbursed.
2.3 Shipping costs are always charged to the customer if the latter opts for express delivery, but we can offer free delivery for large orders.
2.4 Express delivery is only available for some products. When sending the order, the customer will see, if available, the possibility of opting for express shipping and the related additional costs. This option provides for the delivery of the goods within a maximum of 3 working days. If the delivery does not take place within this deadline, the customer will be reimbursed for the shipping costs incurred.


3. Payment
3.1 Stile Ifs accepts various payment methods including, for indicative purposes: by credit card, by bank transfer and Paypal. Ifs style reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods and to request different payment methods for certain orders.
3.2 In the case of a purchase made with a credit card, the charge will be made at the time of shipment of the order.
3.3 The buyer agrees to receive invoices and credits exclusively in electronic format.

4. Use of promotional vouchers
4.1 Promotional vouchers cannot be purchased, they are offered by Ifs style as part of promotional campaigns and can be used for a limited period of validity.
4.2 Promotional vouchers can only be used once in relation to a single order, within the specified validity period. It is possible that for the purchase of some products the possibility of using promotional vouchers is excluded. The use of a promotional voucher may be subject to a minimum amount of expenditure.
4.3 The value of the purchased products must be equal to or greater than the value of the promotional voucher. If the amount of the promotional voucher is not sufficient to cover the value of the products ordered, the difference can be paid through any of the accepted payment methods referred to in Article 3 above. Promotional vouchers are not redeemable in cash and do not accrue interest on the credit represented by them. Promotional vouchers will not be refunded if the buyer decides to partially or completely return the ordered products.
4.4 Promotional vouchers can only be used if the order is finalized, cannot be used retroactively and cannot be transferred to third parties. Unless otherwise provided by Ifs style , it is not possible to combine several promotional vouchers for the same order.

5. Right of withdrawal for the Products Ifs style

The customer has the right to withdraw from any order concerning the Ifs Style Products, without giving any reason and with any declaration, as long as explicit, delivered to Ifs style .

Information regarding the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 "Consumer Code")

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from the delivery of the purchased products.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date on which the customer, or a third party other than the courier and indicated by the buyer, acquires physical possession
of goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform Ifs style (Prime RD ltd, Str. 23 Zlatyu Boyadzhiev, 4000 Plovdiv, e-mail: info@stileifs.com) of the decision to withdraw from this contract by any explicit declaration to that effect (for example, by a letter sent by e-mail). To this end, it is possible, but not mandatory, to use the standard withdrawal form which can be downloaded here or to use the standard text indicated in the relevant paragraph.

Where the customer decides not to use the attached standard withdrawal form, he must submit any other explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract. It is also possible to electronically fill in and send the standard withdrawal form or any other explicit declaration to the website of Ifs style . Then, Ifs style will immediately send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (via e-mail). The deadline set for the withdrawal is considered respected if the customer submits his declaration before the expiry of the 14-day deadline starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last good ordered.

The customer is requested to return the goods or deliver them to us or to our logistics partner, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date
in which he communicated his withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Returned items must comply with the following criteria:

• Items must be returned intact and unused, with labels still intact and attached and the original packaging included.
• When you try on shoes, we urge you not to damage the sole and not to damage the box.
• Beauty products must be returned unopened and unused, with seals and any packaging intact.
• Linen and swimwear must be tried on over the undergarments. We do not accept returns of items that are worn or show signs of use.

Stile Ifs reserves the right not to refund in the following cases:

• If the returned products are damaged, ruined or stained, or are in conditions that unequivocally demonstrate that they have been used for different purposes as well as for the checks strictly necessary to ascertain the nature and characteristics of the product purchased. The customer will be solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from use other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
• Product that is not intact or whose original packaging (shoe box, sunglasses case, dust bag) is missing or damaged.
• Returns that have exceeded the required deadlines

We encourage you to take special care when trying your products, so that you can return them in the same condition in which you received them. I returns that
do not meet our conditions will not be accepted.

Effects of withdrawal

Shipping costs and customs duties for returns without motivation are the responsibility of the User, unless otherwise instructed.

Even in the case of faulty or non-compliant products, it is necessary to make a return request, according to the methods already indicated. Within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the order, you will be asked to describe the damage in detail and attach photos demonstrating its extent, sending all the details to the following
email: info@stileifs.com.
In this case Stile Ifs will have to reimburse all payments it has received from the customer, including delivery costs.

In case of exchange of goods for wrong size or defective item, the return shipping costs and those of the new shipment will be at our expense.

Reimbursement

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction.

Alternatively, the customer can request a refund in the form of credit to be spent on our site (using this method he will be entitled to a 10% discount on your next order)

Stile Ifs will refund only after receiving the goods and checking compliance with our return policies.

Stile Ifs Monitors the number of returns and reserves the right to close your Stile Ifs account or limit future orders if our Returns Policy is violated.

Standard withdrawal form

Without prejudice to the possibility for the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal by communicating to Ifs style any other explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract, alternatively to the use of the standard form indicated above, the customer can use the following standard text

7. Warranty for defects and non-conformities of the products and additional information
7.1 To purchases made on Ifs style the rules of the Consumer Code on the guarantee for defects and non-conformities of the products are applied. The customer will therefore be granted the rights referred to in art. 130 of the Consumer Code and these rights must be exercised within the terms set out in art. 132 of the same Consumer Code.

8. Applicable law
8.1 These GCS and sales contracts are governed by Italian law (and in particular by the Consumer Code - which in articles 46 to 67 governs distance contracts - and by Legislative Decree 70 of 09/04/2003 on trade. electronic) and in the light of this they must be interpreted.
12.2 For any dispute that may arise in connection with the GCS and / or sales contracts, customers will be able to activate an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure in compliance with the requirements set out in Articles. 141 and ss. of the Consumer Code.
12.3 The Customer also has the right to use the online dispute resolution procedure available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
12.4 The offers made available on www.stileifs.com can be used by persons of at least 18 years of age.
