The offers on our website www.stileifs.com are aimed exclusively at consumers who conclude their purchase for a purpose that cannot be attributed to either a commercial or professional activity.

 

On the website "www.stileifs.com" are offered for sale “Stile Ifs Products” and “Stile Ifs Partner Products”.

 

“Stile Ifs Product (s)” means all products offered on www.stileifs.com, with the exception of those specified as Stile Ifs Partner Products.

 

“Stile Ifs Partner Products” means the products offered on www.stileifs.com specifically designated as a Partner's products. All Stile Ifs partners are Business Traders.

 

1. Conclusion of the contract and delivery of the products

1.1 By placing an order, you declare that you are acting exclusively for private purposes.

1.2 Every order placed on www.stileifs.com implies the conclusion of a sales contract in Italian. When the order relates to an Stile Ifs Product, a single contract is concluded between the buyer and Prime RD ltd, Str. 23 Zlatyu Boyadzhiev, 4000 Plovdiv, ("Stile Ifs"). When the order relates to a Product of the Stile Ifs Partners, a further contract is concluded with the respective Stile Ifs Partner. 1.3 By clicking on the "Buy Now" button, the customer places a binding order for the items contained in the virtual shopping cart. Once the order has been sent, Stile Ifs will send the customer an e-mail confirming the order within 1 hour. The sales contract is concluded between Stile Ifs and the customer when the latter receives the order confirmation. If the customer does not receive any order confirmation within the deadline indicated in this art. 1.2., The relative order must be considered rejected by Stile Ifs and, therefore, without effect. Orders will be shipped as soon as Stile Ifs receives the total payment of the purchase price and any shipping costs. 1.4 Stile Ifs assumes no responsibility for having to search and find unavailable products from other sources. This provision also applies to orders relating to fungible goods (for which only the type and characteristics of the products are described). Stile Ifs is only obliged to deliver what is available in stock and what has been ordered to its suppliers. The Stile Ifs warehouse also includes the warehouses of the respective Stile Ifs Partners from which the products ordered by the customer come from. Stile Ifs delivers all over the world. If the delivery time is expressed in working days, it is understood as such all those included between Monday and Friday included, with the express exclusion of any holidays.

1.5 We reserve the right not to accept or cancel an order, where it has been sent using a software, robot, crawler, spider or any automated system or through script-based behavior and any use of third party services. , in order to send an order on behalf of the user.

 

2. Prices, shipping costs and express delivery

2.1 The customer is required to pay the price published on the product page at the time the order is sent. The indicated price is final and inclusive of VAT.

2.2 The shipping costs are indicated on the product detail page and in the cart when placing the order. These shipping costs are invoiced by Stile Ifs. In the event that the Customer returns the products in accordance with the procedure provided for by these conditions and by the applicable nomrativa, the shipping costs will be reimbursed.

2.3 Shipping costs are always charged to the customer if the latter opts for express delivery.

2.4 Express delivery is only available for some products. When placing the order, the customer will see, if available, the possibility of opting for express shipping and the related additional costs. This option provides for the delivery of the goods within a maximum of 2 working days. If the delivery does not take place within this deadline, the customer will be reimbursed for the shipping costs incurred.

 

3. Payment
3.1 Stile Ifs accepts various payment methods including, for indicative purposes: by credit card, by bank transfer and Paypal. Stile Ifs reserves the right to refuse some payment methods and to request different payment methods for certain orders.
3.2 In the case of a purchase made with a credit card, the charge is made at the time of shipment of the order.
3.3 The buyer agrees to receive invoices and credits exclusively in electronic format.

 

4. Use of promotional vouchers
4.1 Promotional vouchers cannot be purchased, they are offered by Stile Ifs as part of promotional campaigns and can be used for a limited period of validity.

4.2 Promotional vouchers can be used only once in relation to a single order, within the specified validity period. It is possible that for the purchase of some products the possibility of using promotional vouchers is excluded. It is possible that the use of a promotional voucher is subject to a minimum amount of expenditure.

4.3 The value of the products purchased must be equal to or greater than the value of the promotional voucher. If the amount of the promotional voucher is not sufficient to cover the value of the products ordered, the difference can be paid through any of the accepted payment methods referred to in Article 3 above. Promotional vouchers are not redeemable in cash and do not accrue interest on the credit represented by them. Promotional vouchers will not be refunded if the buyer decides to partially or completely return the ordered products.

4.4 Promotional vouchers can only be used if the order is finalized, they cannot be used retroactively and cannot be transferred to third parties. Unless otherwise provided by Stile Ifs, it is not possible to combine several promotional vouchers for the same order.

 

5. Right of withdrawal for Stile Ifs Products

The customer has the right to withdraw from any order relating to Stile Ifs Products, without giving any reasons and with any declaration, provided that it is explicit, delivered to Stile Ifs. The right of withdrawal is however excluded in relation to sealed Stile Ifs Products that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery, such as, but not limited to, cosmetic care products. and the beauty of the body.

6.1 Information regarding the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 "Consumer Code")

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last ordered good. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day term starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good.

In this case, Stile Ifs will immediately send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (for example via e-mail). 6.2 Effects of withdrawal

Following the withdrawal from this contract, Stile Ifs will reimburse all payments made by the buyer, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs deriving from the choice of a type of delivery other than the standard one offered by Stile Ifs), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day in which Stile Ifs is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. 

These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. , as part of the online withdrawal form, the current account on which you intend to receive the price credit. The Products must be returned

If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, or the exception to the right of withdrawal indicated in paragraph 6 in relation to sealed products is made, the withdrawal will not be effective.

 

The costs of returning the goods are borne by Stile Ifs as long as the customer uses the return documents provided by Stile Ifs and sends the goods from the country in which the delivery took place. Otherwise, the costs of the return will be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.

 

6.3 Standard withdrawal form
